  • Does a great job at gum line
I am a fanatic about keeping my teeth and mouth clean. I didn't want to invest a lot of money in a water flosser so started with this model. Very pleased I did. Overall it does the job well. I do usually fill it twice to do a good job flossing but that isn't a big deal. I have hit the on button when not quite ready to floss and sprayed water all over but that was user error. I am happy with the purchase and at this time not considering a more expensive model. ... show more

  • Works as advertised, but with usability problems
Update 11/06/2023: The power button location, i.e. hidden by the lower part of the reservoir as it uses water and collapses, is an insurrmountable problem. I had to hold the pick with my teeth as the unit runs dry, try to pull the bottom open, and then fumble blindly with the buttons on top to turn the dang thing off. As my first review explains, there are several issues with the unit, it probably works as designed (and works well mechanically), but there are usability problems. Really wanted this to work out, highly rated, looks like a great design, but operationally - no go. Returning to Amazon. Original review: First off, this is my first portable water flosser. I have decades of experience using a conventional waterpik flosser. With all of the drawback of a counter mounted, fixed flosser, it was still a far better experience for me. I'm going to take a look at one by waterpik at a warehouse store, that combines the portable with the counter mounted, conventional waterpik (at over twice the price, of course), and compare their portable water flosser with this unit. Maybe I'm just not cut out for the portable models. Will give this a few more days effort, before I make the decision whether to return it (I own the vendor an honest effort, right?). I have large hands (and well, I suppose a large, male mouth, too), but getting my hands in position to manuver the pick to where it needs to be, around my crowns and between teeth, is a tough proposition. The pick head just never seems to get to the place it needs to be to flush between, around, or under my teeth, no matter how I manipulate the unit. The size of the unit, versus the countertop traditional waterpik units, seems to be the problem. Second, I can never get the unit on a pressure setting that feels right for me. Most of the settings (low to high) seem to be too mild to again, do the job of flushing debris between teeth. Third, the unit is empty before I'm half done. It's easy to refill, so that's not necessarily a deal breaker for me. The fourth issue, and this IS the deal breaker for me, is that as the unit uses water, it collapses the bottom back into the top, probably due to suction as the unit draws down the water reservoir. I know of no way to prevent this, and lock it "open". So, while I'm trying to push the buttons to adjust the water pressure (in the blind, because the unit is up against my mouth out of sight), I'll either hit the power button turning it off, or the unit collapses to the point where it COVERS both buttons. As the water runs out, the pump accelerates, while still spashing some of the remaining water, and I can't adjust it or turn it off (because the buttons are covered by the bottom of the unit). So, holding onto it for dear life, I have to pull the bottom down to uncover the buttons to turn the dang thing off, while it's buzzing away in my mouth. Either that or pull it out, and have it spray me, the wall, the ceiling, the mirror .... you get the picture, while I'm still trying to find the "off" button. So, again, it seems to work 100% as advertised, it's just that some of the major drawbacks don't really match this thing up with a 4.7 review rating, IMHO. So, maybe the problem is me (everyone else seems to like it). We'll see. I'll update this review in a few days either way. Going to head to the store tomorrow, and look at the Waterpik's up close. ... show more

  • This flosser is SWEET!
This flosser is awesome, the power settings are good, soft is really soft and the highest control is pretty dang powerful, I also like the sanitizer feature and the shape of the whole unit. I did order a different brand prior to ordering this unit and it would not stay charged, keeping this unit charged has NOT been an issue and because I like it so well I will be purchasing another one for my husband for Christmas. ... show more

  • Powerful water flow to gum line
It's small, powerful, good looking and easy to use with several helpful settings. I bought it because I've got some pain in my hands that flossing with string irritates. This product alleviates the pain, but I won't know the effectiveness until I visit my dentist.

  • Dentist recommended a portable
This one is great - took some time to get used to it because it does not have the best direction on use. But great for travel or short on bathroom space. Very happy with it and love the UV light in it.

  • Seems like a good product
Seems great so far. Really like the size/shape and how travel friendly it is. Other flossers are so big and unwieldy. I like that the attachments are clear, so you can easily see if they get dirty. The only thing that I wish was a little different is how the water canister connects to the base of the flosser. It only clips in on two sides (the long sides), so it wiggles a bit and water does come through the seal when the canister is full. If there were clips on the short ends, this likely wouldn't happen, but also if there were clips on the short ends, it would likely be more difficult to separate the canister from the base. This small issue isn't the end of the world, it just means that water leaks out the top a bit when the canister is full and the canister wiggles a bit and doesn't feel super secure. Doesn't seem to affect the overall use, so I'm not stressed by it too much. Overall, a good product so far. ... show more

  • Cute & Smart Water-flosser!
I really like this water-flosser for many reasons. First of all, it does not look like any other water flosser out there. I like the mint green color (wish there were more color options for family). I love it is compact and lightweight. And, it is even collapsible for traveling👍It has a function of self-cleaning/sanitizing (for the tips) which I was impressed with. I still need to get used to the pressure, but it is good. I strongly recommend this oral care device. ... show more
