This is a cute, sturdy plant shelf that I purchased in hopes to be able to add more succulents to my collection. I didn't take the bar in to height consideration when I ordered but overall it is a cute little shelf. My husband did the assembly for me and I didn't hear any complaints. Was able to put all the plants I currently had on it, but had to move them towards the front of the shelf on the lower shelves so that my plant light would get everyone. I didn't gain any real estate for new plants and discovered that the bar can be used for very short hanging plants but over all am ok with my purchase.

My husband is the plant guy in the family and he has really enjoyed this plant stand. We've had it for over a year and a half, taken it apart (and put it back together) a couple of times due to moving apartments, and used it both inside and outside. It's been sturdy enough to hold small & medium plants, as well as a good deal of other plant things like watering cans, extra soil, a bonsai kit, and more. Putting this plant stand together it pretty easy and we did it without any issues. I love that the hanging rack can be adjusted to different heights. I would suggest that if you are attempting to move the stand with plants on it, make sure to hold it steadily from the bottom as the bottom shelf does like to shift a bit while moving and come out of place. A simple pull on the bar underneath the bottom shelf gets it easily back into place. I know some people have mentioned issues with it molding, but we have not experienced that. We previously lived in a very humid climate with a plant humidifier set up next to the stand and had no problems. In fact, a couple of our plants molded, but the plant stand never did. When we moved it outside, we did decide to get a spray sealer and give it a good spray down, just to make sure we wouldn't have any issues with mold outside and it has been perfect.

The screws given to put together are a challenge to install. The parts don’t line up like they show in the instructions and the top rack to hang plants from isn’t the right size. This was a disappointing purchase all around. It’s not a solid piece.

Obviously one wasn't enough! It is surprisingly sturdy with normal use and I love the option for hanging plants ... I can't find one negative to give It's a nice inexpensive plant stand with more room than I expected ...

I really like this stand. I only wish the hanging rod could be adjusted a bit higher for more space underneath, just because of how low some planets hang. Other than that it fits my uses really well and looks beautiful!

I was looking for something that would sit on top of a small table I had in front of my South facing window. The smaller stand was the perfect size to add the vertical space I wanted. The item was relatively easy to put together, it could use a few more written instructions or pictures, but I got the gist of it and it came together fine. The wood isn't amazing quality, but it's sturdy and has a coat of varnish on it already to help with water proofing.

Once the hanging rod is installed the stand will no longer fold. Which was the primary purpose of my purchase. If you’re looking for a stationary stand it’ll work nicely but if you’re wanting it for vending/on the go display you’ll have to either disassemble and reassemble every time you want to transport it or not use the hanging rod at all. A real bummer.

When I assembled the shelf I noticed a couple pieces of bamboo on the lowest shelf were already coming apart. Not worth the hassle of returning. It works to hold my plants indoors during the winter months.
