They run big. My 7 yr old wears a size 7 in clothes but I had to order the xxs because the small was too big. I had to let my 9yr old wear the small. I had originally ordered him a medium because he wears a size 10 and they were too big.

Great quality, delivered in 2 days, they run large. My son is a men's size small 32" waist and he wanted them snug, he is a baseball catcher so we downsized one size and they are still a bit loose. Will return and downsize. Really nice compression shorts though!!

Update 5/16/23: The seller reached out to me very soon after seeing my review and offered a replacement pair, it was received within two days and this time complete. Very pleased with the quick follow up and resolution. Note: the quality of the product was/is great, my initial order just happened to come incomplete. Ordered two for sizing purposes. One of them arrived without the most important part, the cup. Just a glorified pair of undies. Refund requested.

I bought an XL for my almost 8 year old son who wears a size medium baseball pant and is in between sizes for pants at the moment (he can wear some 10/12 but is also comfortable in some 14/16) and they fit perfect. Great quality, would definitely buy again.
