*update* I contacted the company to call in on the 2 year warrant for the broken handle and they remedied it within a few days! very smooth and responsive customer service. they offered a partial refund to go get it fixed myself as it would be rather complex to send it in to fix a small issue. I do know of a bag/luggage repair shop that with the partial refund will be able to fix it no problem. Very happy with the solution! ----- I've only used this maybe twice, as a carryon not checked, and the handle has already broken. I've emailed the company for support with the warranty (2 year) so TBD on the full review. Other than the handle, i do very much like the bag. the two compartments are great and it feels like so much more space than my regular roller suit case (2 wheel, carryon) I've had for 5-7 years.The bag is lightweight and great to travel with. The only thing that bothers me about the design is the laptop compartment, it really only has space for a very thin laptop and certainly no space there for the charge cord.

As we tried to set the lock in the smaller one we got it latched only to discover whatever we thought the code was doesn’t work. Not the factory 000 or what we reset it to! Worse yet my kid had already packed it for college! I spent an hour systematically trying to solve code- 000to 999 1 digit at a time! Still no luck. In frustration I unpacked the large piece and tested the lock. It’s not set to 000! We are a few days outside of the 30 day return! My kid leaves in 48 hours. Otherwise color is nice. Zippers looked good. It’s lightweight and moves easily. UPDATE: Coolife responded to my email not only with an email but with phone calls. They actually called me daily until they reached me. This bumped up my overall review. Unfortunately I had purchased through Amazon and not directly from Coolife and I had ordered "without original packaging" at a discount, so Coolife says it was returned and codes must have been changed from other buyer despite all tags being on it that made it look brand new. Coolife suggest I go through Amazon, but Amazon return period is over. Coolife has offered me a gift card for the inconvience. I was able to purchase a TSA Key so we can open luggage, we just can't reset the codes on either piece. They both have a reset button that doesn't work.

I ordered this bag about two years ago. 6 months into using it the zipper broke a bit from being overpacked and attempting to zip the suitcase closed. Luckily the other zipper would still keep everything shut, but it made it impossible to lock and it also made me warry about checking it in case the other zipper gave out. Finally came up with a solution that made me feel comfortable checking the bag again, and once I did the way airport teams handle luggage significantly damaged the case. The wheels are almost falling off the bottom of the suite case now. The items above were all related to the 20' the larger suitcase is working just fine. It is so large though that most of the time if it is fully packed it is considered a heavy item and the airlines charge extra to check it.

I bought this carry on in a different color for my fiance back in May (2023) and have since taken it on several road trips. It has done well on those road trips so I went ahead and purchased one for myself but in the pink color this time. I can't say how well it's done on planes or traveling yet but I will update my review after my international vacation later this year. I will be doing a lot of walking on streets and train stations and I am hopeful that the wheels don't break or anything like that. It's good to point out that if you STUFF this carry-on at more than max capacity, the front tech pocket kind of becomes unusable because the lining bulges from the inside out - , cutting into the available space for all your tech. You could probably still put some papers and such, perhaps your passport and maybe a slim tablet or kindle but probably not a laptop. Otherwise, we really do like these suitcases, we'll just see how they do with a lot of lugging and walking around. We are not planning on checking these in so we are also hopeful that zippers or anything like that wont break.

I was originally interested in the COOLLIFE brand suitcases because my boyfriend has one that he took with him to Mexico. His is super durable and you can lock the zippers with a little combination thing, so I was already hooked. I wanted the white one (but it would get dirty easier) and the pink one was on sale. I was a little nervous about the pink because sometimes the colors aren't quite as pictured, but the pink is even cuter in person! The wheels are nice and move easily, they're both REALLY LIGHT, there's lots of room and necessary pockets. The handles are good because they're locked in and you just push the button in to pull them out. I love the carry-on sized suitcase especially for the front pocket, it'll be perfect for a laptop or other electronics. So glad I bought the bundle, I think they're both the perfect size. Super impressed with the quality and how affordable this brand is! It's nice that the smaller one fits inside the bigger one, that way they'll be easy to store when I'm not using them. I'm super excited to put it to use on an upcoming vacation I have planned!
