I’ve had my suitcase for about 2 years now and have taken my bag on several trips, with one being International. The luggage has held up well overall, but it appears that after each flight, the maneuverability of the luggage diminishes. At first, it moves very easily, but as of my last trip, I have to apply pressure to move it, which is inconvenient and misses the point of having 360 degrees rotation. I don't really have anything to add to my headline - this bag was just what I'd hoped. I've only used it once and put it back in its box and had it wrapped in plastic for the flight, so I can't speak to how well it will hold up, but it seems sturdy enough.

I like the color and the lightweight of the luggage bag, but it feels as if you are rough with it, it can damage easily. The zipper doesn't seem as if it would last if the bag is bulkier. I tried not to over stuff it. It really doesn't allow that action. The luggage has no give for too much bulk. Decent. Update: Somehow, after my trip, my handle is bent. The luggage looks nice, but it isn't worth the ridiculous price. I could have purchased a bigger, more durable bag, for a lesser price at Burlington.     • Great suitcase but a little support on the handle needed.

Great product overall, but in my opinion the handle should be a little more sturdy or supported. I'm traveling internationally for over a year and I feel like 45lbs is pushing it. That's the maximum for most airlines but this suitcase feels like it should hold about 5-10lbs less, but it's size says otherwise. Either way it's still solid and I'm awaiting my travels to see how this pans out. The only thing I would change / improve would be those handles. ... show more

I am updating this review after Coollife contacted me to offer an Amazon gift card payment to make me “whole” again. Buyer beware! This is sold by a third party on Amazon. They will not help you when you have an issue. I purchased this carry on in April. I used it for the first time on a trip this past weekend over Labor Day. It did not even survive 1 trip! The inside pocket has a large tear in it. The carry on is very small & having a functioning pocket is essential! They did not honor the warranty and offered me a measly $25 instead of replacing the $89.99 bag! ... show more

This is a great traveling companion. This item has more than enough room for a 5 day trip. I packed for my 4 night 5 day get away to Hawaii and this was perfect!!! Glad I purchase this, and I’m going to purchase the next size up.

I really thought this was a nice piece of luggage! I used this on a round trip. Worked great on the departure , then I went to zip up going back and it broke. VERY disappointed in this being an Amazon choice … Really! I go to use the 2 year warranty and they tell you send it back to Amazon. Went to Amazon and the 30 day window is closed. Terrible!! I’m going to find something nicer and way better quality and service. Update: I have to give this Coolife 5 Stars now! They contacted me after seeing my review and wanted to help make it right. First they offered $50.00 and I declined to only explain why. I paid $140.00 and I felt they should do the right thing and replace it. Yes, I was 30 days past and it doesn’t seem fair for any luggage return. Especially after the trip wasn’t planned for another two months out. Luggage is supposed to last a long time I thought. We left a month later, went on a eight day seven night vacation. The luggage worked great going through the airport and arriving on the ship. Coming home was a different story as stated above our zipper broke. This is what I told them when they had contact me wanting to help. I really have to say their customer service is outstanding as they responded without delay. They emailed back-and-forth so they could rectify the problem and make us happy. I was really impressed because a lot of times you get the runaround and they are what real customer service should be! They asked for me to change my review, before I receive the luggage and again I stated no. I thought that they should send it first. Then I can a updated an honest and well deserved review! I was sure they wouldn’t agree to this. Lo and behold it arrived at my door brand new at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night… WOW! This Company is outstanding, your customer service is impeccable and who stands behind their product! Thank you so much for working with us, we’ll see you again in the future!
