I normally wear XL but I took the majority advise per the reviews and went down a size, purchasing the Large. The shirt is definitely snug, but that's what I was looking for. Design and cut looks great with the blue tie-dye. After three days of very gentle use, shirt is getting fuzzy on the surface and I can tell it will begin pilling soon, probably as soon as I wash it. Sometimes I need a 2x size, but this shirt in 2x was a little too big, 1x would have been great. Shirt probably won't last, but it does look nice and drew a lot of attention.

This is my first COOFANDY, so wasn't sure what to expect. Shipping was VERY fast (which surprised me). T-shirt seems well made, and is comfortable. I would've given this a 5-star rating, but the sizing is off - and I mean REALLY off. I'm 5'8", 165 lbs. I've usually worn a Medium, but lately have found Large fits my body frame better, these days. Not so with this t-shirt. Based on the Amazon reviews, I ordered down, and purchased a size SMALL, (wanting a tighter fit). Got the shirt today, tried it on, and this size SMALL is loose on me(?!?)... Can't even begin to imagine I would need to order an X-SMALL(!!!) - that's just wrong. COOFANDY needs to rethink their sizes. I'm going to toss this t-shirt in the washer (hot water), throw it in the dryer, and see how much it shrinks up. (Hoping it will.) I'll update this review, once I see how it goes. 'til then, I would still recommend this shirt - but know in advance these t-shirts run INCREDIBLY LARGER than your normal t-shirt. If you're looking for a muscle shirt to show off your gym body, then be prepared to ORDER DOWN - at least one size, if not two sizes down. UPDATE: Tossed the t-shirt in the washing machine (hot water), then threw it in the dryer (making sure it came out COMPLETELY dry). The t-shirt shrank in size to what I'd consider a loose Medium. (Keep in mind, I ordered a SMALL - which fit like a LARGE - and now, after the wash/dry, it fits like a loose MEDIUM.) It at least fits now. One arm band is now a somewhat "relaxed" fit (not tight, like I was hoping) - while the other arm is definitely still loose. The rest of the shirt is good (now), so it looks like I'll take the ol' sewing machine out, & put a couple of stitches in the armbands to tighten the fit, and I'll be good to go on this. More work than I thought I'd be doing, but at least I'll now wear this out (somewhere) - instead of just keeping it in a clothes drawer...

It doesn't have much stretch and not as long as expected but no complaints. I wore to an outside concert in 80° deep south heat was sweaty, rained on and it still kept its shape for over 9 hours
