I'm at 5 foot 7 and at 176lbs, 41 years old. This medium sized shirt fits me great. Perfect for casual office, especially at this color. I feel this color is better tucked in but that's just me. I don't tuck in for other colored shirt in this series (dark navy and light blue). Decently good fit, small arm holes but makes biceps pop, feels a little cheap/thin, and the aqua green color looks more gray than green on my screen but in person it's noticeably green. I still like it but glad I got it on sale!

I wear XL to XXL without issue from most brands. I usually prefer XXXL or XXLT for comfort. I bought this shirt was XXXL and it was not large enough but a large margin. I'd say this is an XL compared to most other brands I've tried. It was tight on the shoulders and way to short. If the top had more room in it and it was 3-4" longer it would have fit ok. I would order this very big unless you are a slight build. Giving 3 stars as the material seemed quite nice and I don't want to say the product was bad, just need to be aware the sizes might surprise. ... show more
