I purchased this for my husband to wear while traveling through Ireland in case of rain. Well, it rained sometime throughout the day, every single day of the 10 days we were there. This jacket was especially put to the test the day we visited the Cliffs of Moher. Rain and heavy winds and it never left him down! We did order a size bigger than he usually wears for a jacket, so that he could wear it over top of a hoodie or sweater, and it was perfect, we were grateful we did that. It’s thin but that means it’s also very packable and perfect on the warmer days that he just wanted to throw it on over a tshirt and not got overheated. When he wasn’t using it, it was easily rolled up and stored in his backpack and took very minimal space. The quality is great and it still looks as good as the day we got it! ... show more

Noticing a trend where they won't show you the inside of the jacket. If you wear this you gotta layer up. The material works but the problem is it will not breath at all. It will get hot really fast. The look is okay but the pockets literally sit in the middle of the jacket. It's so far back it's more like a welcome to other people's hand rather than yours. Also the pocket isn't secured at all. The pocket is too long so if you put your phone it the damn pocket sticks out. It's not very useful for anything else for blocking rain. It feels like vinyl or rubber it's just weird. I'd stay away from this one. Find one with a mesh lining and it will make your life easier. There's no point in being waterproof when the rain is forming inside the jacket from your body due to it suffocating your skin. I guess it's can be just a sweat jacket instead so sure buy it for that. ... show more

Fully sealed seams further improve waterproof performance, advanced technology enhanced breathability that keep you cool and dry all day." is a bit overblown. It's a plastic jacket. While I haven't worn it in the rain, it appears to be rain proof; but I doubt that it will be breathable. I bought it on an Amazon sale for under $18 and I think it will work for me. ... show more
