If you are fit/lean then size down. I am 5’6” 142 lbs with a 30” waist and a 36” chest. I normally wear a small, but with this shirt I’m an XS and it fits perfectly. It’s not too tight nor is it too loose. Great quality shirt, soft stretchy breathable material and beautiful color. I ignored the care instructions and washed in warm water and threw in the dryer under medium heat and it shrunk slightly and still fits perfectly. ... show more
