Based on the price and some of the reviews, I was concerned about the condition of the table and that all the pieces would be there. It was packed really well, with hard cardboard corners on the box. There was a small hole on one of the long sides, but no problems inside. All 5 pieces were in perfect condition. The color, black, was exactly as I expected. We have a brushed finish black TV stand and this complements it with the color and texture. It was very easy to put together (I did it myself - 70 yo women for reference!) and took me no more than 30 minutes. We just had our family room redone, and we wanted a table for the cats to look out the window. I did not want to spend a lot of money for the cats and this fits the bill. I would have paid extra if there was a drawer, but I am very happy with this product. It's sturdy for what we want. Definitely recommend, in the black color, anyway. ... show more

Bought two of these to create a bar in my kitchen. Loved how they turned out but they were too short as is. I’m sure this works perfectly as a console table or work desk, but for my needs it had to be taller. I nailed a couple of 2x2s on top of one another to create a rise of 4 inches, attached to the legs with wood glue and painted them white. The item description didn't include clearance underneath, so my mini fridge had to go beside the table instead, but there's still plenty of room. Instructions were fairly easy, though I installed two of the panels upside down and had to redo them. I got a reduced price due to damaged packaging so I got a good deal. The table was in perfect condition. It will help me make my room a nice hideout when my roommates have guests over.
