Total garbage. We bought these to replace a box spring, as we needed to lower the overall bed height for my mom, and the mattress is a memory foam that needs the support of the slats. So - what's wrong with these slats? - - - They don't hold up anything!!! I rolled out these slats on a queen bed frame. I could tell they were too wimpy, but I proceeded to place the mattress onto the slats. The slats nearly sagged to the floor! It was as if they were just for looks!!! We promptly returned these. I recommend buying a frame that incorporates metal slats if you need them. ... show more

Some slats are uneven length and the ends are rough sawn... Either need to cut off excess inch or so on some slats or risk damage to bed linen or injury to a person's leg if not careful walking around the bed. I use this by positioning between a box spring and a new mattress rather than to permanently attach to a bed frame. I bought a similar item several years ago where the slats were encased in a light cotton fabric. Had that item not been discontinued, I would have reordered. Installation on this item can be tricky as you need to position the slats on the box spring, then lay the mattress carefully, otherwise the slats will slip out of alignment and expose the rough ends of the slats. I had to do a good bit of reading to discover that many mattresses do not have the support needed on the bottom side and to use without the rigidity of slats or a board, you will often invalidate a warranty. Hence, if you plan to use an existing box spring, this is a smart buy. The price seems fair. We'll see if the slats hold up. ... show more

Boards measure 153.5cm/60.5in across for Queen bed frame. No instructions but just cut the band and lay them down for easy install. My frame doesn’t have middle support so additional pieces needed in my case. Other than that, seems sturdy, great purchase!

I am disappointed with the quality of these slats. They barely reach the ledges on either side of the bed and they are “queen size”. Hopefully the weight distributes evenly over them because the boards feel like they could snap at any minute. When I took them out of the box a splinter came off. I am going to have to buy screws to hopefully hold these in place. Don’t buy these. I just don’t feel like doing a return so I am going to try and make it work. ... show more
