I bought this to replace another one. I have been using Continental tires for the past 6 years. I was using the GP 4000 and now the GP 5000. I ride around 4000 miles a year and get about 1500 miles out of a tire. Great grip and ride.

I use these tires year round and really like the ride they provide and the puncture resistance. I now use Tubolito tubes in them instead of regular rubber tubes. MUCH lighter.

What difference I have noticed is that I've added a mile and a half an hour to my average speed.
