    • Fantastic tires overall
I used these as my last set and had very good experience with them. They have all the durability of Gatorskins built in as well as better overall traction during the 4 seasons, which really doesn't matter here other then rain which I get caught up in sometimes. I also went to 25's from 22's and they seem a little better to ride on overall. I like these and ordered some for my fiancé's bike to replace old Gatorskins which were DONE. Also spoke with the Continental rep about these and he had nothing but good things to say about them. I ride about 3K miles a year on paved country road in MN where roads are often cracked and chip sealed. I used to get 1 or 2 flats every year using other top rated endurance tires. I've been using these for 5 years and NEVER had a flat. The side walls threads start to shed after about 5k miles and I that is when I replace them. ... show more

I would hav gone w/ 5 stars but only used 1 so far. Works SUPER for my needs. I CAN tell the difference with pedal resistance between this "touring" tire and a "race style " tire though.

I purchased these tires in early 2021 and have ridden over 9800 puncture-free miles on them (I hope I'm not jinxing myself). I use ultra-light tubes and run them at 90 psi. Somewhere around 5k miles I rotated the tires front to rear, rear to front. These tires are perfect for my type of riding, group rides once or twice a week and sole rides in between. I've ridden these tires for about 1800 miles over 6 months. I've had no flats, and the air drop is no worse than the tougher, slower Contential tires.
