I also purchased an Adjudicator coin close to purchasing these and all of these I'm comparing to Challenge Coins (familiar mainly with military) and poker chips. These coins are as beautiful as seller picture and reviews indicate. Detail is fantastic with ridges along the edge great for grip and fidgeting. Better than the Adjudicator coin in terms of state on arrival (which was already dinged up) weight, and feel (including these ridges, they really make a lot of difference). The number one thing noticeable or that I was looking for actually was the weight, which described in description as 30 grams. However, mine were one 25g and the other 4 were 26g. In comparison, my main challenge coin purchased in a military base was 35g. I do not think if I were not comparing to my challenge coin, I would notice a difference, but since I do and others might also care, I can feel the 9/10 g difference. With all 5 coins in hand, I am very satisfied by the overall weight. In comparison to the Adjudicator coin you can also find on Amazon, I am far happier with these 5, the size, weight, and beauty/detail are far superior and I think only the pickiest individuals would notice or care. I will note the cases they come individually in are a little difficult to open on your own and might jack up your nails. I recommend getting something to help pry them apart. The only thing I regret, is only getting 5 instead of 10 for a slight discount. Edit: I shuffle these frequently and I do want to note that after only a few weeks, the top edges do show color change from wearing down. The base color is a silver which if you're showing off will be noticable.

I didn't buy these with the intention of keeping them in mint condition, but for those who do, the coins all come in individual protective cases as others have pointed out. I guess part of the reason for the cases is that these things start to chip away gold color fairly quickly once they're out of them. 2 of my 4 opened coins have very noticeable silver streaks a few months later.
