I have used this travel mug often since I purchased it about a month ago. It keeps my tea hot, even on very cold days. I accidentally left it in the car overnight (wintertime here), and my drink did not freeze. I like that it is easy to wash, which I do by hand not in the dishwasher. I noticed that I need to make sure that the lid is properly threaded onto the mug and fully tightened, otherwise it will leak - if put on properly, it does not leak. ... show more

For the price, these are great. I love that they are bigger than 12 ounces and still fit in the cup holders in my car. Additionally, they keep my tea hot for a few hours. I haven’t used them for anything cold.

I'm going to sound like a "Contigo" advertisement, but I am NOT affiliated in any way but if Contigo wants to slip me money for singing their praises feel free! :) I've used these non-spill cups for decades. Contigo's snap seal top is simply the best I've found. I always have extras on hand & have sent family or friends who are on the road traveling away filled with coffee & my gifting them one of these & they always call back saying how well it works! The only weakness I've found is the gasket after time can leak, but if gaskets on a $50k vehicle leak oil sometimes, you know these gaskets can do the same after time & its simply the nature of gaskets. Also, most of the time the gasket has simple come out of its place & can easily be rectified. Their is an art to pushing up to open the snap lid & I find the thumb is best. It is firm & I would not recommend this mug to someone with arthritis (I'd recommend the easy slide lids realizing the seal will not be as effective as Contigo's snap seal). So other than those 2 notes, I'd highly recommend this to anyone. No...not just "highly" recommend. I'd give it my HIGHEST recommendation. They are that good! ... show more
