I've had thia dog house for a few months now, and I have to stay it is worth the $$$. I thought it was pretty pricey, bur once we put it together it is very good quality, sturdy and nice! I have two medium size boxers, 65 lbs. And they fit great, even with me inside! 3 medium size dogs will fit with plenty of space. They stay dry and warm when it rains! Its worth it! ... show more

My Bulldogs love this house. They love to go in it and it fits two 70 pound Olde English bulldogs very comfortably. It’s roomy - but if you keep your dogs outside year-round you will need to invest in insulating it as well as putting vinyl on the door frame. We insulated it and have a dog heater inside and they absolutely love it and hardly ever come out! ... show more

This dog house took 3 ppl to assemble, but seemed pretty sturdy, the problem is it looked as though it was a return, with a slight scratch and had a smell - my dog did not want to go inside it! I had to return it, and was charged a re-stocking fee of $40. I understand it costs money to return and re-stock an item, but it might be helpful if the seller posted this fact. Like I stated, the house seemed sturdy and decent for the price. The XXL was the correct size for my 115 lb. shepsky, but he refused to go inside, and at his size he gets what he wants! ... show more
