these panels are better than what I have purchased at large discount stores. Like most people who paint I put one or two coats of Gesso on the panels befor I begin. These panels stay sturdy and don't warp like some panels do. I would advise to my friends to purchase these panels

I purchased these for watercolor projects I am doing. Some were wrapped in plastic some were not, which is typical when you purchase in bulk. Upon inspection I noticed half of them had what looked to be a roller mark across them (most likely happened during production at manufacturing facility). I separated out the good ones and began using them. Of the 4 I used one of them that I thought appeared to be in good shape upon visual inspection was not. I started painting on it and then noticed the paint was not adhering in that area (see pics). I have not tried to use acrylics on these canvas yet and I feel like this may not be an issue with a heavier medium. ... show more
