DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE! It sounds great, the videos look great, but it is a piece of junk. There is a blue hard plastic disk with teeth that holds various pads. This has to be placed onto the protruding part of the bottom of the machine. Easy, right? Not if it is clearly manufactured as too small to fit. Two of us have spent almost an hour trying every way possible to affix this, by hand (and my wife's bloodied fingers) and finally with a hammer. It doesn't fit. It is too small to fit. And so the machine cannot work. And so it is being returned to Amazon. This is so aggravating because of all the hype, because we were looking forward to the results, and because it is just so stupid of the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

When I first received the buffer, I was impressed. The adjustable speed and all the extras gave me the impression that this was what I needed to buff a large meeting room. The first time I took it out on the job, after about three minutes of work, the plastic shell holding the handle to the buffer cracked, making the buffer impossible to use. I was just glad that I had retained the carton it came in or it would have been a bear to return. Really disappointed as we had to do all the work without a buffer. Returned it today.

Great machine for tough tile cleaning like kitchens and bathroom

I purchased this floor scrubber for use in my BBQ restaurant, where we deal with a lot of grease in the kitchen as well as vintage terrazzo flooring in the dining area. It’s important for us to have a machine that staff can use safely and regularly, and this one has been a good fit overall, especially for the price point. The biggest advantage is how easy it is to maneuver. It doesn’t jerk or pull aggressively, which makes it much easier to control compared to some more powerful commercial units I’ve used in the past. Because of that, I feel comfortable having most of my staff operate it without worrying about it getting away from them. It also comes with a nice variety of brushes included, which was a pleasant surprise and saved me from having to purchase additional attachments separately. That makes it versatile right out of the box. The main trade-off is power. It doesn’t scrub quite as aggressively as some higher-end machines, so it may take a bit more time or multiple passes in areas with heavy grease buildup. That said, it still does a good job for routine cleaning and maintenance. The cord length is another plus — it’s long enough that I don’t have to constantly stop and switch outlets, which makes cleaning more efficient. Overall, this is a solid, budget-friendly commercial scrubber that’s easy to use and well-suited for regular maintenance, especially in environments where ease of control is important.

very pleased with this floor cleaner, It is heavy and gets into the grout lines and tile textures . I have tried many machines and returned them as they just did not even come close to the description. I am really happy with this one, it actually does what they said it would.
