Absolutely love this machine! For me its an upgrade. I had the Bissell corded Spot Bot Pet for 3 years and had to use it often because my cat would regurgitate her food up all the time. I absolutely HATED the cord on it. I had for months said I wanted a cordless for the easy access and when my old one got a hole in the tube it was time to upgrade. So for me I will be comparing this to my old corded which is about 4 year old. What I love about it: - Much smaller than the corded version - Much less bulky and lightweight - Quiet! - The suction is stronger. I dont know how they did it but its just better than my old one. - The clean water tank has a separate water and solution section. This is explained next. But in the solution area the red ball floats so it makes it easy to see how much you have left. - Cleaning of the unit is just ideally better. The unit has the water and solution in different sections of the container for this reason. When you use it with the solution you flip the switch to "deep clean" and it mixes it with the correct amount of water and solution to clean. When you are ready to clean the hose or if you want to just use water you flip the switch to "rinse". You put the clear topper on the end of the hose and flip the "rinse" button on and press the hose button water will shoot out but will go to the end where the clear topper is and then suck it back into the hose. This is what helps clean the house. You can hold the water button down for 30 seconds or so. - To fully clean the unit this is where the upgrade is MUCH BETTER! THE HOSE IS REMOVABLE!!!! So you can use the water option i listed above are you can physically remove the hose and then rinse it out. I have done the step above but every 5 or so usages I take the house out and a lot of carpet fuzz rinses out so it does a more powerful clean. - The dirty tank is removable and SO EASY TO CLEAN!!!! The old version i hated! You could not get your hand inside to deep clean and stuff would build up. This one the topper comes off and you can stick your whole hand in. - I dont know if this happened to anyone else but with my old one when i moved the dirty tank from the machine to dump it out it would leak water out at the bottom. So I always had to make sure i had my plastic tub i used to collect the water when moving to the sink. This machine you pick up the tank and it doesnt leak! The difference in technology is that the water is pushed by air up the 2 tubes in the center and then falls into the tank. - The attachment's clear topper is REMOVABLE! My old would get so dirty and fuzz would get stuck and no matter how many times I rinsed it out, it wouldnt rinse out. It got gross. - Battery life is pretty good! I have used it maybe 8 times to clean up small food clean ups and just charged it. Cons: -When cleaning out the hose and you use that clear cap some water sprays out the holes. But the holes are there because it allows for the suction of the water to do its science thing. I just slightly cover the top with my hand so it doesnt spray out and just hits my hand but I dont cap it all the way. Im very happy to have upgraded and while $150 (it was on sale a lightening deal) would have been costly for me, it was WELL WORTH IT!

I’ve had this amazing machine a week after getting new white carpets. It’s handled 3 car vomits so far, easily and without leaving any indication of the mess. Easy to set up, fill up, and clean. Live that it’s battery powered.

Overall, this is a great machine. The low suction may be due to the shape of the head. Pressing more firmly seems to improve it; but it’s never going to put nearly as much in the dirty tank as what came out of the clean. Still, I’d buy it again. I’m never disappointed in Bissell. The formula of the pet pro alone is worth a try. I’ve gotten red wine out of jeans with it. The battery life is good and it charges quickly. I just hope the battery lasts. The hose is hassle free. The tanks are easy to manage. The handle design makes it wieldy and solid. It tends to stay put and resist tipping when set down while cleaning. I think I’d like the buttons on top of the handle.

Avoid this product at all costs. The Product does not work at all. There is zero suction. The Service: I missed the return window because I was hospitalized. I reached out to Amazon support hoping for basic human understanding, but the supervisor (Grace) was entirely unwilling to help or accommodate my situation. I am now stuck with an incredibly expensive carpet cleaner that is nothing more than a broken paperweight. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its products and respects its customers.

I really wanted to like this cleaner. it’s lightweight, cordless, and comes with useful features like the HydroRinse tool and cleaning formula. Unfortunately, I had to return it due to suction issues. It just didn’t perform as expected, especially for deeper stains. Great concept, but not strong enough for my needs.

My 15 year old Little Green bit the dust and I knew I would have a hard time replacing it. I loved that thing. Because it is difficult for me to bend down, I hoped to find a good cordless machine. I had doubts about diminished power and suction from a machine that's charged, though. There are not too many cordless carpet spot cleaners out there but Bissell came though. My new Little Green turns out to be very powerful with strong suction, well...enough to suck up the cat! It's easy to use and includes a bottle of liquid cleaning solution. I would like to see a larger disbursement reservoir, though. (Ok,ok. Cleaning solution tank.) But, that's it! Meow!
