I loved this costume! I was first very impressed that it came with a screwdriver to open and close the battery compartment, but it was too small to turn the screw. Luckily I had my own that worked perfectly. My daughter is about 40 inches tall and I bought the 48 inch size. It was perfect and she can grow into it. The quality is good. The 7-10 yr old size fit my 9yr old son very well. He loved it and didn’t want to take it off. I noticed the stitching and plastic material quality is better on this vs. other inflatable costumes I’ve purchased. For example, often the feet cover material is thin and weak but this one is surprisingly well made. The fan with 4 (new) x AA batteries inflates the costume in 30s or so and keeps it inflated. Just make sure the waist tie is done up securely. BTW this half inflatable is much easier for kids to wear than full body ones. Last Halloween our kids didn’t make it 15mins in full body inflatable costumes cause they are super hot (your breath stays inside) and hard to see out of. ... show more

My seven year old is very into dinosaurs and he requested a dinosaur halloween costume. My expectations for this were low considering the price but we are very impressed with it. I chose the 7-10 size and it fits him perfectly. The fan puffed up the costume quickly (with 4 AA batteries, not included). It even came with a tiny screwdriver to help open the battery pack. He did require help getting into the legs--there is elastic that the foot has to get through in order to keep the air secured inside the dinosaur.
