Love the height adjustability. I don’t typically stand when working but I find that most office chairs don’t fit under most desks. Usually the arm rest hit something. So it is nice to be able to raise the desk to the height where it will clear the chair. There are not too many pieces, the assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. Just normal hand tools are needed. There is one pull out drawer for storage and that’s it. Just enough for your basic office items. Raising it up and down as simple as hitting a button. Speed is OK but you wouldn’t want it to move too fast anyways.
