Update: I was able to get this desk replaced via Amazon support and it worked perfectly for about 3 months. Then out of the blue it locked up again for no reason and will not reset or raise. We have tried all the steps (which are really just the same steps repeated over and over again) and nothing is working. I love the functionality of this desk for my needs but this issue leaves me with a very basic desk for a pretty penny. We will be contacting support again but since it's outside the 90 days I am pretty sure we are on our own. DO NO BUY THIS PRODUCT! It looks great but has terrible reliability and zero support from the manufacturer. If anything changes we will update this review. I bought this desk last week and was skeptical but once it got here and we set it up, I was in love. It is HEAVY, make sure you have help. Otherwise, it was an easy build and fits my studio like it was custom-made for it. Unfortunately, this morning the button got hit on accident and it appears something was partially blocking the desk going up for a second. It was very quick and I was able to stop it immediately. However, the buttons started flashing and the unit would only go down. I let it go all the way down to its lowest point but the buttons still flashed. I attempted to do the reset steps as explained in the manual however all I have been able to do is change the flash pattern from alternating to matching but never to truly clear the reset. I have been on hold for over 55 minutes with the service number in the manual and no luck. I love this desk and really need customer service to help resolve this issue. If not for this issue it would be a 5 star, 6 if it would let me! ... show more

This desk was easy to put together. It is a nice size and is supporting two 23 inch monitors and 2 laptops. The desk rises and lowers easily and I am very happy with my purchase. It has cable management, but I had to order a larger cable management frame. Still it is an excellent price!

Purchased this a couple days ago and today the motor stopped working. THE SAME DAY I SET IT UP! As many had the same issue, the desk stuck in lowest point and doesn’t move up. I read the instructions on how to reset it, but their instructions are not very useful and not working. The the reset steps they suggest does NOT work. It’s waste of time and money. There is no product support available for this which is again disappointing. I am not happy with this product though it looks cool and sturdy, but it doesn’t solve the main purpose. ... show more

Not sure what was going on but over a months time the price kept fluctuating between $140-$410. I bought two when the price dropped back to $140.
