I loved the colors of this so much I went against my two firm rules about comforters. No down alternative and no microfiber. I’m glad I did For down alternative which for me is usually suffocating was nice, probably because the quilt is a lighter weight. The microfiber is very soft and feels good against the skin but I think it makes it feel hotter vs cotton. It feels very thin but I think that’s how microfiber is It comes vacuumed sealed so it is really wrinkled. I tossed it In the dryer with a way towel and it’s good enough for me. I was surprised that the reversible shams had a hidden zipper but they are too big even for a jumbo standard pillow. Easy to take in if you sew. I don’t know if microfiber shrinks. Anyway. I like the comforter and found cute Martha Stewart sheets that match. So I think this will be great for summer in California with the ac cranked. ... show more
