  • Great for hiking long distances
I love these boots! I have narrow feet so they fit perfectly. I am a 9.5 on my right foot and an 8.5 on my left. I got a 10. It’s a tiny bit tight on my left foot ( with a large thick sock) but perfect on my left. I am wearing them around the house and they feel like my most comfortable sneakers. They fit like a 9.5 so I would definitely size up a size or two if you plan on wearing thick socks. They are super warm. It’s almost freezing outside and I was out and about in them today with thin socks and my feet were cozy warm. I haven’t been in snow or water yet but I will update. The boots are really well made and stylish. They came with extra black laces in case I wanted to switch out the orange ones that are on them now. I like the orange with the green boot though. I have always liked the Columbia boots better than the sorel or north face because they are lighter and easier to walk in. I love to go hiking in the winter so I need a boot that fits comfortably enough to last for miles. I have fibromyalgia and nerve pain from an accident in my left and right ankle so I am super picky about shoes. I would buy these again 100%. I would not buy if you have wide feet. Normal to narrow feet should be just fine. ... show more

  • Totally waterproof and WARM!
I normally wear a size 8 in boots and got these in a size 8.5. At first they felt really tight and I thought I may need a 9. I have never worn a 9 before. I wore them around and they loosened up significantly. After wearing them even a day they didn’t feel tight at all anymore. I have been wearing them all over park city Utah on our ski trip. They have been snow tubing, sledding, exploring, in a snow storm, playing and running around with kids in the snow. I wore them in snow that was over the top of the boot. Snow stuck to the fur a little, I had to shake it off. My point is they are completely waterproof in slush, hard snow, ice, sleet, soft powder snow, you get the idea. My feet did NOT get wet. I can promise you they are 100% waterproof even in rain. They are easy to wipe off and clean. I love these boots. Other than the fact they were tight at first they are perfect. I don’t even wear wool socks with these, just normal cotton socks. Your feet will not get cold in these even if you are out ALL day walking in snow like me playing with my kids. We were sledding and I was literally climbing and falling all in deep snow all day. Lol! They are extremely grippy on the bottom. Overall wonderful quality! They are made of very strong materials. If you are prone to falling on ice like me, you will love the bottom of these boots and how they grip the ground. They are also cute and fashionable. They don’t feel clunky, which I hate! I hate sorel boots they are too big and clunky. These are easy to walk in and super light in comparison! I had a pair of sorel boots and these are 100 times better! I like these better than the Columbia snow maiden boots too, which I returned for these. These are just so easy to walk in and comfy! You won’t regret these! My only advice is I would size up 1/2 size from your normal boot size. They DO break in and loosen up! They seem really narrow across the foot at first....at least for me. Unless your foot in narrow you will see what I mean when you put them on. I’m so glad they worked out. I was freaking out that they wouldn’t fit at all and I didn’t have time to return before the trip. I would highly recommend and I know I will gladly wear these next year too! ... show more

  • Warm and cute
Size: 12 Color: Titanium Grey Steel/Grey Ice
I am giving it five stars, even though I had to return them. There is a pretty thick insole, but you can replace it with your own orthotic. The right toe is hitting something in the shoe even though it’s a half a size bigger than I normally wear and the left foot fits perfectly, which is the bigger foot so go figure. It’s very flexible and lightweight and warm. It’s a good looking boot and I don’t have big calves, and I can easily wear these boots over pants. I have a bit of wide foot, but I didn’t have to order a wide size for them to feel comfortable so I would say there’s enough to toe room. I wish they fit. I ordered a size 12 so no bigger boot available. ... show more

  • Warm and comfortable
Size: 9 Wide Color: Titanium Grey Steel/Grey Ice
These boots are warm and comfortable, but they are narrow so I needed to go a full size up for my wide feet. I had the laces a bit loose so that I can get in and out of them w/o having to untie them. Wore them on a trip to Iceland in Dec and they kept my feet warm when temps were just below freezing to about 10F. I needed thicker socks when temps went down to -5F so it wasn’t too bad. They also kept my feet dry for the most part except one time when the wind was very strong and I think snow got blow into the boots and the insoles got wet. The fur is not water resistant and I think it would get wet quickly if there’s heavy rain although it’s sort of quick to dry..my reason for taking a star off. ... show more
