Light weight, stable and comfortable, these boots are practical for snowy weather in CNY. They are easy-on, and laces make them adjustable for various thicknesses of sock. The tongue should deter the elements. I wore them for two hours to determine their stability on wet pavement, a wet deck and steps. The treads are durable and supportive. The toe box is roomy. I plan to treat them with waterproofing to deter stains. Though it was too soon to test them in snow, I feel they'll hold up for years. The color was a slight disappointment, as on the website they appear taupe. They're actually a light gray, but they'll go with any color outwear. The quilted texture and faux fur do not cheapen the style--I often go for looks over practicality, but these are pretty cute, as well. Purchased my usual 6.5; perfect!

I love these boots! I live in Colorado and these are the best winter boots. They are so warm and cozy and stay that way even in the snow. They stay dry too when I’m walking through a bunch of snow! I usually am an 8.5 and that’s the size I got and they were perfect. I was worried I’d need to size up in case I wanted thick socks on, but there’s plenty of room for thick socks if I needed them! These boots are absolutely worth the purchase, and I can tell they’re going to last me a long time!

These Columbia winter boots are fantastic! They’re super warm, even on the coldest days, and keep my feet dry in the snow. They fit true to size, which made finding the right pair easy, and they’re surprisingly stylish for winter boots. I’ve worn them for everything from errands to outdoor walks, and they’ve been comfortable and reliable every time. Highly recommend if you want something warm, practical, and good-looking for winter!

I needed to replace the Minx shorty Columbia boots I've owned for several years. After many miles of winter walks and hikes the soles are finally starting to wear. This time I decided to get the Ice Maiden because they are higher on the leg and sometimes I'm hiking across creeks in the snow and I want to be sure I stay totally dry. These fit the bill. My feet were warm and dry for the duration of today's deep snow walk. Unfortunately, there is no arch support at all. But I think the boot is roomy enough to insert my own insoles (and I have wide feet!). The insole that's in there is not removable. As I was walking I was thinking I must have ordered a 9W but once I got home and checked, they are just a regular 9. Actually, these boots may be too loose for someone with narrow feet. The Ice Maiden boot feels a little stiff or rigid to me, but not at all a deal breaker. Maybe taller boots are supposed to be that way. Once I get my own insoles in them, I think I'll change from liking them to loving them.

Im going on a Christmas vacation to a very cold and snowy destination. I needed a pair of winter snow boots that could keep my feet warm and dry, along with maintaining my art support and being comfortable while wearing them throughout the day. I found these boots and happened to catch them when they were on sale, so I went ahead and took the offer. I sure am glad I did because these boots meet all of my needs that I listed above and more. I typically wear a size 9 in boots. I ordered a size 10. I do have wiggle room but I also will be wearing very thick socks, so I do recommend sizing up. I tested these boots in the rain and puddles. They held up to the weather resistance that they claim. I had absolutely no wetness whatsoever on my socks or pants. They aren't the most comfortable pair of boots I ever have worn, but they are definitely nowhere near the worst. I would say that the comfortability of the boot on a scale from 0 - 10, I would give these boots a solid 8. And I take my shoe game very seriously, so for me to say that they're actually really cute is a very big compliment. I would say eighty five percent of the winter snow boots that are sold on amazon ( no offense to any sellers whatsoever) are mid at best... Theres some really cute ones out there that fit, are resistant to water/wind/weather, ect... but they are over $200. If you're looking for a cute, nice fitting, pretty comfortable ( enough to get you through the day and still be able to walk on your feet), durable and tough, slip resistant, and easy on the bank them you should give these boots a try. All you have to do is order them in your size and the color that you like. And when they get to you, try them on, walk around a little bit, test them out, and see what you think ;)

The first thing I noticed with these boots was how easy they were to put on. I’ve been wearing Sorels for the past few winters and they are a pain in the butt to put on and take off. Not these! I can quickly slide my feet in and out of them. I am a dog walker and needed something warm and comfortable for winter walks. I was able to put them to the test this week with Michigan temps in the single digits. These kept my feet warm and dry and are very comfortable. However, they failed when it was time to play in the snow. After 15-20 mins, my toes were painfully frozen! I wear Darn Tough wool socks too but looks like I’ll need toe warmers for these times. Other than that, they are fantastic and I’m extremely happy with my purchase! Even cuter in person too! Oh, and they are true to size in my opinion. I wear 6.5 and that’s what I ordered. The fit is perfect even with thick socks.

I ordered these boots for my mother - who has bigger than average feet (size 11 typically). She can never find any good winter boots in her size. I ordered these boots for myself last year, and they are awesome. I still have mine, and they still look brand new!! So when my Mom mentioned she needed boots, I suggested these to her! I ordered a size 12, and she said they fit well and are comfortable to wear!! She's VERY picky about her footwear - So that's saying something!! Take our word for it - these boots are great!! Im an 8½ and I ordered an 8½ - they are true to size! They keep your feet warm and dry in rain, snow, sleet, whatever mother nature has!! I will probably order a 2nd pair just to have them on hand.
