I like the looks of the boots and they are also comfortable. I am giving it a low rating based on difficulty contacting Customer Service. I couldn't. I couldn't find any "contact seller" button and clicking on "Columbia" just gets their web page. I wanted to tell them the center tab located above the tongue which the two laces pass through broke on one of my boots. It would be nice to let them know this happened but instead will have to write a bad review. ... show more
