  • Good value.
Size: 11 Color: Camo Brown, Heatwave
Vasques are too expensive these days. Columbia may not have Vibram soles and such, but they seem well made and are very comfortable, and a little on the wide side makes them perfect for me. I have fasciitis, so no shoe has any arch support for me. There's enough room in this shoe to slip in any arch support you need, like the Samurai or Dr. Wolf inserts (recommended) you can find on Amazon. And the Sole replacement insoles fit well. ... show more

  • great shoes
Size: 10 Wide Color: Steam/Vivid Blue
I am truly delighted with these shoes; this is now my second pair, and they continue to impress me with their outstanding quality and performance. Opting for the 10 wide variant was a smart move as they provide an excellent fit, catering perfectly to the width and length of my feet. What sets these shoes apart is their exceptional balance of cushioning and flexibility – just the right amount of support without sacrificing comfort. Ventilation is key for me, particularly during extended wear or outdoor activities, and I'm pleased to report that these shoes excel in this regard. My feet stay pleasantly cool and dry, even during the most demanding hikes or walks. The craftsmanship and choice of materials are evident in every aspect of these shoes. They exude durability and resilience, giving me the confidence that they will endure through countless adventures. In summary, these shoes have become an essential part of my footwear collection, and I have no doubt that I will be returning for more in the future. Their exceptional fit, comfort, and durability make them a standout choice for anyone seeking reliable footwear for everyday wear or outdoor pursuits. ... show more

  • Size up if you need a wider fit
Size: 14 Color: Camo Brown, Heatwave
These are great looking shoes. I purchased these for my boyfriend who is usually a size 13w. So I ordered the 14 & he loves them. He says they’re comfortable & keep his feet dry & they are pretty durable so far. He’s worn them daily doing just about anything you can in them for 3 months now & so far so good. ... show more

  • First Impressions...
Size: 10.5 Color: Dark Brown, Baker
I've only used these as everyday walkers so far and will update this if anything changes. The biggest surprise was how light these shoes are. I'd been wearing a pair a New Balances which comparatively weighed a ton and hurt my feet after about 9 months of wear. The Crestwoods feel lighter than my bedroom slippers. I was fearful that this meant they'd have no support, but they're really comfortable and the sole holds up well to pressure. I've got another pair of midrise hiking books that weigh a lot and feel a bit clunky on my feet. These Columbia shoes feel light you're hardly wearing anything. Plus they look great too. I'm hopeful they'll hold up well and feel confident based on the other reviews. At this point, I'm going to buy one or two more pairs. ... show more

  • Good shoes
Size: 16 Wide Color: Shark, Columbia Grey
As a 1%'er ( a person who is taller than 99% of the rest of the population of the earth) finding shoes that fit my size 16 feet is a challenge. Trying to buy at shoes stores locally is a waste of time. I walk in and instead of looking at anything, find a sales guy and ask what they have in 16. Most of the time they walk out of the back holding shoes appropriate for teenager's use on a basketball court, not for a late 50's guy. Buying from amazon is the way to go. If they don't fit, can send them right back and try again. These Columbia shoes in size 16 are a good fit. My foot is a little wide and they have a comfortable toe box. My toes do not pound on the end of the shoe with each step like they do in many of the other size 16's I have tried. They seem to be holding up well and a few years of use is expected to not be a problem. I can highly recommend. ... show more

  • Great Shoes - Period
Size: 10 Color: Dark Brown, Baker
I did wear these shoes hiking a couple of times, and they were good for that, but I have weak ankles and wanted a little more support so I went to the mid-size for my trail-wear. But these shoes supportive, comfortable, and fit my personal style nicely. We don't have a stringent dress code at work, and so I wear these. Some days, I'm on my feet just about all day and these shoes hold up nicely. I don't end up with leg and hip pain. These aren't orthotics, but they have replaced my orthotics. A nice insole support in there and I'm all set. My new go-to shoes for work, casual, and being active in the yard. ... show more

Exactly as I expected. They fit well and appear to be well made. I wore them all day today and they were very comfortable. I’m happy.
