  • Very Nice Coat
Color: Red Jasper/Shark Size: 4X
First off, I don't consider this a "Jacket". I'm very much surprised that some of the reviews stating that the "COAT" is too light and thin. I Highly Disagree! Last year I purchased a Columbia rain "Jacket" or wind breaker. Great for rain showers, but has no warmth. I was afraid of two things: 1). The coat would be just like my rain/wind breaker but with a internal Liner. 2). I've purchased two other coats/jackets from Amazon in the past and both I had to send back because the mfg was using toddlers to size their coats. Meaning my jackets were over 2 sizes smaller than they should be. 1). Wow was I wrong and my opinion this "COAT" is Definitely NOT a thin wind breaker as stated in the negative reviews. The material is medium thickness and Warm, without the inner Liner! I was Happily surprised. 2). I'm a big guy and the size I ordered was 4X (yes that big!). It fit Perfectly!! The liner is very warm and easy to attached and detach in the jacket. Pockets are fine and large. I also like the hood which can be folded into the collar. I had a coat with a big hood which was a problem in a car. The head rest and hood was uncomfortable. Not with this one. Only Negative comment is that I agree with some of the reviews stating that the liner is longer than the coats sleeves. Which to me I just push under the sleeve, not a big deal. It's worth the cost I paid and I Highly Recommend it. ... show more

  • Great 3in1
Color: Dark Amber/Shark Size: Large
Sheds water great. Warmth is good to about the teens then you will need some good layering underneath the jacket or it seems you will get chilled. Large size fits great and I’m 6’2”/230lbs. The fleece under jacket sleeves are a little longer then the outer shell sleeves. I’ve seen that stated in other posts and it’s true. More of an annoyance then a problem. Quality of material and workmanship is excellent and zippers are heavy duty. All around a great 3in1 Jacket. Noticed prices depend on color so if color is not a big issue with you then you can get an excellent deal on one. ... show more

  • Good Jacket for the price
Color: Black/Red Size: Small
I used to be in retail sales in the clothing dept., and highly recommended this jacket to customers due to the price point. I was looking for an all-in-one jacket to avoid to many layers so decided to give this a try. It's a good jacket but bulky. The sleeves on the fleece lining are long and come down when you put it on. It doesn't give you much room to have layers on underneath, but given the OmniHeat technology, you shouldn't have to have much layering. I have not tried in rainy conditions so can't assess its water resistance. But it is warm. It is a good jacket for the price if you can look past some of the issues. ... show more

  • Excellent Winter Jacket
Color: Stone Green/Collegiate Navy Size: Large
I was looking for a new winter jacket for my husband as a Valentine gift. I was pleased with my Columbia jacket so I knew I wasn't not going to get him one too. I had him look and this was the one he chose. Fit was perfect. Style great. Keeps him warm and made so nicely! Sturdy and two in one is great! ... show more

  • Versatile, but not for freezing weather!
Color: Delta Size: X-Large
This is a decent piece(s) of all-weather gear. All the zippers function smoothly on mine, including the ones that connect the liner to the shell. Nice, precise seams, and fit as expected. The numerous features and adjustments remind me of a well designed tent or camping backpack. Both the shell and liner have a total of 4 practical pockets each that I've seen, and are very gloved-hand-friendly, and any of them will take my largest phone with a bulky case. The jacket is louder than canvas to wear, but quieter than nylon. The reflective inner side of the liner seems to be tougher than it looks, as the cat decided to climb up it. A couple tugs, and the fibers all went right back in order. Feels softer than you'd think, too. It has shrugged off hours of drizzle/light rain, and importantly, night time dew, which can reduce your clothing's effective insulation more then you expect. I haven't yet tried it in heavy rain, but perhaps I'll update later on how it fares. A few things to take note of: This isn't a winter coat. Don't count on it to keep you warm in freezing weather without help. I ended up separating the liner and wearing a whole other jacket under the shell.(December nights were brutal) There's a little strap on the back of the hood. You'll want to adjust that to keep the hood from hanging too far over your head and blocking your sight, but far enough that it keep the rain off your face. The hood really isn't insulated, so if you're losing too much heat, wear a something like a balaclava under the hood. Really comfortable combo. ... show more

  • GREAT COAT
Color: Stone Green/Collegiate Navy Size: 2X
I liked everything about the coat (quality, looks, etc.) However, when ordering the coat, the site I was ordering it from said, "you should order an 3XL based on previous orders." I am an XL (at best) but because of that misleading information, I ordered a 2X thinking maybe they ran big. None-the-less, when I received the coat (2XL) it was still way too large. I would not of considered a larger size if I was not suggested to go larger. I did return the coat for an XL but have not received it yet. No negative issues about the quality of the coat though. ... show more

  • Great jacket, but zipper broke after 1 month of use skiing.
Color: Black/Red Size: Small
The jacket itself is great with warmth and keeping you dry, however, after 1 month of avid skiing every weekend, the bottom zipper seemed to break. The zipper moves up the jacket and opens up the jacket when I am skiing. What seemed to happen was whenever I bent down it might have put a strain on the jacket causing it to snap. The photos might not do it justice but it may be missing a piece that keeps the zipper clipped in at the bottom of the jacket. Either way, just something to be mindful of, I will be contacting either Amazon or Columbia to help me fix this for my next ski trip. ... show more

  • Light weight and waterproof.
Color: Collegiate Navy Size: X-Large
Used this jacket for light snow hikes and it's perfect. With the fleece liner and the outershell you can keep pretty warm but idk if you could use it for skiing but snowball fights it could definitely handle. Also if you get too warm you can remove the fleece and just wear the outer shell, perfect for rainy days that aren't too cold. ... show more
