Totally delicious and great value!
This oil is unbelievably delicious. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but then I tasted it, OMG— life altering! I especially like it on salads etc but also great for cooking. Yummm! Now I am a regular customer and I have looked around and this is a terrific value for this great product. Shipping also fast and the bottle is well protected. Is great for gifts too.

Pure Sicilian
Began purchasing this oil when my perennial favorite, Frantoia, no longer contained only Sicilian olive oil. (Note: it is still being advertised as Sicilian, but read the label carefully!) Collucio, however, is pure, cold pressed Sicilian, often from one olive variety only. Smooth but not overly viscous, with just the right amount of pepper in the after taste. A great oil for salad and other finishing.

italian finisher
I used to work at a very well known italian restaurant in the BIGcity. This was the brand used to finish off the pastas and other dishes that needed a very tasty olive oil. Its a very clean flavor that can highlight a dish rather than make the whole dish taste like olives.
