They're crayons. Little hard to sharpen and require special sharpener because of this. Colors good. Not the smoothest when coloring. I love neon.

I'm an art teacher. I teach k-8th grade. These crayons are jumbo in size. The colors are bright and glow under neon black light. However, the blue and the purple do not glow under the UV black light which is expected for those neon colors.

The boxes were saturated with wax and the crayons were bent and flat on one side like they’d partially melted in a very hot warehouse. The wax had soaked through the paper wrapper so the texture was a little gross to hold. Under a black light, most of the colors were vibrant. The blue and purple didn’t show up under the black light but the other colors looked great. There were three shades of orange, which was unnecessary given you could barely tell them apart from each other. ... show more

These crayon boxes are horrible - oily, waxy and smell terrible. I was excited about the neon colors - to use as a Valentine’s Day class gift for my daughter .. I am incredibly disappointed and could never give these to children for concern for why they are so oily and smell so horrible. Never straying from crayola products again! ... show more
