I originally bought this just for a hiking trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was lightweight, compactable and the only cute option I could find that would hold 2 liters of water! However, even after my trip I've been obsessed with this thing. I find myself drinking 2 liters of water a day, something I did not remotely do before. I like the time stamps on the bottle and both handles- making it easy to lug around all day. It also comes in cute colors- call it a shallow point, but I found most of the 2 liter collapsible bottles to be not that cute. I think it's a great price point as well. Only advice: get an extra carabiner hook if you plan on taking this on a hike. The ones attached are too small to utilize to hook it onto anything. ... show more

    • Make sure the lid is on TIGHT!
A decent water bottle for while on the go traveling. Just make sure the lid is on PERFECTLY TIGHT and on STRAIGHT, if not it will leak (and of course it will be a slow leak, so you won't know it at first...doh!). Other than that, it works for what its meant to do.

Excellent in all regards.. for my purposes. I live in FL and will spend 20+ hrs on the beach. n needed collapsable bottles that I could freeze n refill my insulated bottles with. I like cold water. Most places I venture do not have a rinse station let alone vending machine. Used 5 times.. 3 on Amtrak :/ .. hellish ride. But have held up phenomenally and compress into almost nothing thus far. So by the time I’m ready to put my findings in my backpack n refill my water bottle space remains the same. And I’m all in with collapsable. I have a fabric (waterproofed with silicon spray) and silicone bucket that stay in my backpack as well. I’m very hard on my things. .. and Uber. So nothing can smell. I wish they didn’t sweat so much but meh. I keep a quick dry towel around them so getting anything else in my pack wet is negligible. This collapsing bottle is perfect for travel! I have used it flying as it fits nicely in the seat back pocket. I have it collapsed as I go through security to ensure I don’t accidentally try to carry in water. Then I fill it in the airport to drink there and on the plane. I collapse it when I am done with it to save space on what I have to carry. Also it’s great when I walk my dog. I use the loop to hook it to my shorts or the treat bag. A drink for me and a way to fill the portable dog water bowl. Great quality and no leaks! ... show more

There is no way to clean it… the packaging says to fill it with club soda to clean it. But you can’t take off the top and scrub the inside. So if you buy it, plan to use it for water ONLY, and be prepared to throw it away at the first sign of mold. For the price, I suppose that’s not the end of the world… about the cost of two bottles of water at the airport. ... show more

    • Handy for travel
I bought this water bottle specifically to carry on an airplane. It's perfect for that because it rolls very small to store in a purse or carry on, then easily expands to fill at the water bottle filler on the other side of security. It holds plenty of water and seals tightly, plus the strap that holds it when rolled makes a nice handle when filled. It's great to put in backpack pockets AND seatback pockets on the plane because it's flexible even when full. The reason for only 4 stars is because the lid is completely unattached, and I forsee a time in the future when it will roll away from me across the concourse or down the plane aisle. If it were attached with a strap, chain, etc. it would be a full 5 stars. If they ever release a version with an attached lid, I'll buy a replacement immediately. I also recommend practicing drinking from it because if you hold it in the middle only, it's possible it will bend far enough to spill on yourself.
