I bought these before a business trip where I was going to have to be in dress clothes and on my feet all day for several days. I wasn’t confident in any dress shoe I had at the time. I broke these in by walking over 10 miles per day on that trip. They held up well and are definitely pretty comfortable. I needed to change the insert for my right foot however. There was a bump in that shoe on the outside of my foot could feel but I could not feel it with my fingers. Not sure where that was coming from, but I often use super feet green inserts anyway. The factory insole did have some glue holding it in so right now I’ve kept the left as it is and I’m not having any issues. ... show more

I’ve been wearing these for 10 weeks now. I work on my feet all day and I weight 250lbs, so I have a lot pushing down on my feet. I’ve gone through many shoes that promise comfort only to have the insoles flattened out in two weeks. And I have plantars fasciitis which makes stepping down unbearably hard. These have held up so far. The insoles have compressed a bit, but they still are holding their shape. At the end of the day, I take my shoes off and my feet aren’t aching. I’m hoping that I get at least another six months out of them. They are expensive, but worth it. If you like your feet, you’ll love these shoes. ... show more

These shoes run large. I normally wear size 12 w. I ordered a 11.5 w. Sent those 11.5 w back. I had to order 11 w and waiting for those to be delivered. These shoes run narrow. Anyway, the upside is that they are great looking. I’m hopeful that 11 w works. We’ll see?

Just got the brown and the gray to replace two other pairs. I’ve worn Cole Haan for over 10 years and have bought and worn every tech innovation they’ve released. The Original Grand is my go to; has the polish, comfort and durability. Got the GrandOs 4 & 5, nice but too sporty/casual. These Original grand have the versatility and fit in every setting. Tips: —change up the laces, give them a dapper look. —use leather conditioner before the first wear and repeat at least every 2 months —polish them at least once a month —if you want them to feel even better than your most comfortable running shoes, replace insoles with SofComfort Sport Insole —if you have more than one pair, use different type insoles in each. Your feet adapt and mold to your shoes, so, ensuring you switch it up makes your feet less rigid ... show more
