My husband usually is fine in a Medium especially with his narrow heels but his feet have a very high instep so I sometimes order Wide to compensate. My husband loves these shoes and he get's compliments on them all the time. He wears them to work and even when on his feet all day they're comfortable enough that his feet don't hurt. Cole Haan also makes a similar shoe with a white sole but he prefers these as you can't see dirt on the black so much. They hold up well. This is the only shoe he'll buy for work. ... show more
