I really wanted to love these. I actually saved up for them as Cole Haan zero grands are supposed to be super comfortable. Unfortunately they are not as amazing as I had hoped. I am 6'3", dropped down to 225lbs, and wear a size 12 most of the time. I do have trouble with certain brands like (the swoosh) in terms of width as well to give some comparison and reference. As a heavier guy, and on my feet all day, my feet take a beating and I have some foot ailments like occasional plantar fasciitis. So I've been on a search for comfortable and supportive shoes (dressy and casual) and these would have been my work shoes. They look great and I do love that the top is somewhat stretchy and breathable. I purchased a size 12 normal width, but unfortunately, they are still too narrow (even with the somewhat stretchy upper) for my hobbit-esque feet out of the box. I don't have to get 2E most of the time either (other than aforementioned swoosh brand, unless I size up). They are long enough though as 12 though. That being said, ended up using shoe stretchers on them for weeks and now they are mostly bearably wide enough that I've been able to wear them for shorter work days. That being said, they don't provide much arch support and the heel feels really rigid/sharp in that it's even sharper than 90 degrees so your feet don't roll so well while walking. It almost feel like instead of a somewhat curve outwards (convex) like some walking shoes are designed for that roll motion, these almost feel a bit concave and arch up (still minus the arch support). Again, I really wanted to love these, but they just aren't as comfy or supportive as what I had hoped for! (I would love to find some dress shoes that feel as cush as the 3 stripe brand comfort slides)

Very good value. Like the other CH shoes I have purchased, these are very comfortable. I do a lot of walking during the work day and had a bad leg injury a few years ago, so comfortable shoes are a must. These are both supportive and look great!

I saw that Cole Haan had a 65% sale however there were no returns or refunds. I went onto amazon and they had the same pair of shoes for the same sale price with returns or exchanges. I ordered a 9.5 due to reviews saying the shoes run long. I am glad I did as a 10 would have been way to long in the toe area. I feel that a 9 might fit the best for me length wise but my feet are wide and I think a 9 would be to tight. 9.5 was a good compromise. These shoes are very comfortable to walk around with and still stylish and office friendly. I picked these up because I am trying to walk around the work campus twice a day which is a little over 2 miles. My feet would hurt when I would get home with my other work shoes. These ones prevent that. A good buy however I would not pay the full price of over 200 dollars for a pair of shoes. That is pretty step. Get them on sale as they a def worth it at that price. I went and bought a similar style on the Cole Haan site in blue. I did so because I had a better idea of the sizing.
