It's a little loud in the beginning especially if you're cutting up heavy vegetables like carrots etc. When I was surprised me the most was that when I tried to juice blueberries blackberries strawberries it was still a lot of moisture in the extracted material and while I try to eat some of it the skins of the blueberries were obviously still there. But all in all it does make juice which is what I wanted and alongside my smoothie maker everything works out would I buy it again probably.
