My wife bought this product to start juicing as a form of diet. And to be honest this thing was a big pile of crap broke down after the second day of youth for whatever reason as it was using it jammed up at the bottom where all of the Jews and waste part of the fruits come out and it would not unbuckle or move so it's in the garbage can. I would suggest to buy a better quality product if possible.

At first, I was so disappointed I couldn't get my juicer to lock in place to turn on. However, I figured out the issue with my juicer, it was me, the user..lol. I missed a key part of the instructions! I must keep lid open to turn and lock the juicer in place before it will turn on. Now that I know what I'm doing, this juicer is awesome!!! I've been using it frequently!
