The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the money. I love how it juices and leaves the pulp dry , it really takes all the juice out the veggies as fruit. It’s easy to assemble and easy to dismantle and clean. It come with a little bush as well for the small areas of the strainer part of the juicer. The juice taste amazing I love to use ginger a lot and this juicer has no problem juicing ginger. It can be a little noisy but that no issue for me I’m more concerned with the function . The media could not be loaded. It worked perfectly the first two times I used it—I was genuinely excited. However, on the third use, the trash became stuck and wouldn’t come out. This caused the motor to overheat and emit a burning smell, which was very concerning. Thought it was going to explode. Please do not buy look elsewhere. Mix soft fruits or vegetables first and use harder fruits and vegetables after to help push everything through. Very good starter juicer, I love mine

I love this juicer and it's very easy to use. I only got a chance to use it once. My girlfriend used it and when I came home a piece was broken off. Not sure what happened, but unfortunately I had to return it. Besides that no issues at all.
