Has a consistent mellow flavor, neither bitter nor overwhelming. Perfect by itself, or mixed in dressing or sauces, and is excellent as a cooking agent when heated.

I like this olive oil, it's well balanced and it great for dipping and salads. You can even pour onto your toast, pizza, drizzle on your veggies and use for some lite cooking.
