First of all, this product works fine. My only beef is that it could probably be another 3 - 4" longer. This is just a personal thing as it doesn't stretch quite far enough for my phone to rest in the console under the dash when the phone is plugged into the USB port in the armrest. Also, when I grab the phone to look at it, there's a lot of tension of the plug and cord. Again, it works fine, I just would like it to be a little longer to remove the strain.
