After reading reviews and looking at some of the pics submitted by other buyers who posted negative reviews, I shake my head in disbelief. 1) This item is sold by a third party but SHIPPED by Amazon. If it comes damaged, warped, missing parts, etc., the ease of replacing it or getting a refund from Amazon is second to none if they shipped it, whether of not they sold the item. It may be inconvenient, but in my opinion, not as costly and time consuming as driving to the big box store and back and waiting in line to do the same for buying a damaged item from the store. Please don't waste the time of others who are only wanting to read reviews about the quality and functionality of the item and not about issues that could be quickly rectified by Amazon that Amazon or even the manufacturer had no control over. 2) My coffee pod holder came with instructions that I didn't even look at until after I had completely assembled it and had what appeared to be four plastic corner protectors left over with nowhere to go - even after pulling up on Amazon and not seeing them anywhere on pics of the assembled product. Because of my arthritis, I used a cordless drill driver (gently) to assemble my holder and it took less than ten minutes. It is not difficult or time consuming. 3) To some of the buyers who submitted pics showing that the screw holes on the board didn't line up with the holes on the sides: neither the board or the hole pattern are square so the holes will NOT line up if turned in the wrong direction. Even then, the rule of thumb when assembling anything is not to tighten any fasteners until the threads are started in all of them. Some easy tweaking of the structure may be needed to get some holes to line up exactly and that can't be done when any of the fasteners have already been tightened. 4) To the customer who had to fight to get the drawers out causing the pods to scrape the top when trying to do so: if you were trying to slide them out that end, that was the back side and the drawers weren't intended to clear the stops that are welded on. If the pods were catching on that end, try bending the stops back upright so that the drawer doesn't slide out the back past the board, then turn your drawers around correctly and slide them out the correct end. Refer to the assembly instructions or the pics on Amazon. Assembly was quick and easy. After only a week of use, this item is solid, straight and sturdy albeit, like everything else, a bit overpriced. If it fails to live up to it's price, I will post a new review.

This storage drawer set has plenty of storage for coffee pods. Fitted with a beautiful wood-look top shelf, it's an especially attractive piece for one's kitchen or coffee station. This was purchased as a gift and the recipient was delighted with it. It went together quickly and easily. As the buyer and gift-giver, I am very happy with it.

No instructions with this item, so you have to figure out how to put it together yourself. The shelves i found had to be adjusted so that they would slide in and out as the metal wasn’t checked to see if the necessary space was as designed. Overall the pictures show you enough that you can assemble it, so not worried about that, but some simple instructions would really go a long way to customer satisfaction.

Easy to put together. The drawers slide in and out easily. We are heavy coffee drinkers to the 2 drawers is more handy than we originally thought. Strong enough to sit the Keurig on. It doesn't move while sitting on the counter and pulling the drawers out. Our last one did so that's a nice change for us.

I was searching for an ASSEMBLED kuerig holder. I searched and found this. It says “assembled” as stated in first photo. I opened it and it is definitely not assembled and very difficult and heavy to assemble. I had to find outside help to assemble it. Once assembled, the iron bars are too tight and rub against eachother making a screeching noise. I do not advise buying this.
