THE WORST PEOPLE ALIVE I recently purchased a Lana shoulder bag to finally replace my wife’s current boutique exclusive Coach. It’s been 10 years and several other bags since I bought that boutique exclusive hand bag for my wife, and every other bag since then was not as perfect as her Coach. So this year, with my shopping for my wife all done, I stumbled onto the Lana shoulder bag and could not believe it. The Lana was everything that my Wife loves and I finally found it for her, in 1 perfect shoulder bag. I worried it was too expensive but this was IT, so I hurried up and selected overnight delivery (around noon on a Wednesday). I could not believe my luck, after 10 years I had finally found the perfect replacement and my Wife was gonna love it (even if our bank account didn’t). Late Thursday, I had not seen any movement on my overnight transaction and called Coach. To be short, I called Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday speaking to a manager every day. All 5 days, these manager all told me “their shipping warehouse did not have a telephone to call”, so they could call someone to help find this overnight delivery. All 5 manages, each day, assured me they were sending an emergency alert email to a special team at the warehouse and they would help me by getting the email and responding to it. (Because they do NOT have a phone). I reminded them that waiting on an emergency team to investigate my package wasn’t helping my overnight missing package dilemma. All 5 managers again assured me THE SHIPPING WAREHOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE. During this 5 day work week I spent working for Coach, I was also barraged with email and texts from Coach and how their shipping window was still open. Well now it’s late Monday, approximately 5 days after I placed the 24hr overnight order and my Wife does NOT have the perfect replacement purse. Allegedly fed ex has it. The point is, 120 hours later, not 1 person from Coach could pick up a phone and call someone in shipping for me. I purchased the same bag within that time frame just to show items shipped from the same warehouse, afterwards and quicker, proving they simply lost it for a few days in their warehouse, and myself, nor my wife’s happiness was worth the cost of a phone call. No matter how perfect the bag is, I will only see the disrespect Coach showed me and the happiness stolen from my wife as if it meant nothing. Coach used to care about customers throughout the lifetime of a bag, but today, they literally would not lift a finger for my wife. If you love your wife, shop somewhere that respects that love of her. An example of Coach’s help: We sincerely apologize and understand your frustration regarding your order not arriving within the preferred timeframe. We truly value your business and want to ensure you have the best experience with us. After reviewing account, we noticed multiple instances where an accommodation and solutions have been offered. At this time, we ae happy to assist you further once the tracking information has confirmed for a return to sender. If the package is delivered to you, we are happy to help with returning the item for a full refund. Once the item is confirmed to be on the way back to us after it has been dropped off, we can certainly assist with an expedited refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. They want me to return the replacement bag that they weren’t able to reroute in time. I’ll do it on Coach’s time and they’ll get that back in a year or so. WELL IT IS CHRISTMAS EVE AND MY WIFE DOES NOT HAVE GER COACH HANDBAG. It is 7 days late. Everything I asked them not to do, they did and it took longer. Everything I asked them to do to avoid exactly where they are, they did not do a Coach caused this entire week long nerve ending never get bag Christmas catastrophe. It’s ok though, I’ll get contacted again by mgt in 24-48hrs. Question? If a man and his wife are treated the same horrible way by 8 different managers, over 7 days, and do not get service or a product, while all others during said time frame receive help and products they orders, isn’t that discrimination by definition? WHAT did I or my wife do to have Coach not treat us objectively in offering help and discriminate actively in a continued pattern of not offering help? ... show more
