I had my eye on this bag for about a year and finally bought it - my first Coach bag! I love the color (merlot) and the big size is perfect for my needs especially as a mom. It arrived expertly packaged. Every piece of hardware protected and inside stuffed and packaged to keep its shape. The big disappointment is that the signature Coach tag was missing. I checked the pocket and unrolled every single piece of packing paper hoping to find it without any luck. I saw a few other reviews mention the missing tag as well.
