I definitely received a bag that was returned and probably was returned due to the scratch on the bottom of the bag. Not packaged in traditional coach wrapping. It's so unfortunate with such a lovely bag. Scratch is at the bottom and that's the only how I can manage. Returned items should be stated in the description and list any defects and marked down accordingly. Charging full price for this is ridiculous. I cannot return this as this was shipped and brought out of the US, so sad. ... show more
