I love the organization of this bag. But for such a small size it is kinda heavy, and the skinny shoulder strap cuts into your shoulders. I bought a 11/2 “ woven strap that’s so popular right now and it works beautifully and also updates the bag. The chain strap that comes with it is very heavy and pretty useless in my opinion. Overall I like it, I did think about returning it, but I now think it will stay in my collection. Not the best coach value I’ve ever gotten, a bit pricey for what it is. ... show more

I’ve been waiting for this bag in red for a long time. I was so excited to see it for sale. I ordered it and it arrived today. It is supposed to come with 3 straps: 1 crossbody, one short handle and a decorative heart strap. Coach bags always come with a dust bag also.
