A few people have mentioned Coach shoes are hit or miss for them. I agree as the cuts do vary widely and the sizing is less than standardized across their range. That said, I've had good luck with their slip on heels lately. The Kellie sandal has the right shape of arch to be supportive of medium to high arches. The size runs quite small. I sized up half a size and it's still pretty tight across the toe.

I wear a 7.5 ordered an an 8 and it was too small. Also the arch on the heel is for someone with a very high arch on their foot.
