The storage capacity is perfect for my needs, and the quality of materials is Coach standard. For a bag made from fabric and not leather, it's very sturdy and the stitching is strong. The bag comes with two different length straps, I find myself using the shorter one and find it very comfortable to carry that way. Well constructed, versatile color (dark stone), classic design, decent price (for Coach) — met my expectations. Two things to consider: be sure you’re ordering the right size since this design comes in two sizes and price points; also, the bigger one (my choice) holds a lot and is better organized inside than a small tote would be but ends up being rather heavier than a tote due to solid layered construction. The smaller in my opinion is cute but too small for daily use.
