I miss vintage Coach. This is fine, but it's giving more trying to be Chanel than actually leaning into Coach branding. The old ones - some of which I still have - will outlast us ALL. Thick, THICK leather, insanely well made, no ridiculous prints, just good, solid colors (and plenty to choose from) and well considered designs. There's nothing really wrong with this. It's pretty, and the leather is soft, and it's well enough made - better than most of the midrange brands out there. There was a time, though, when Coach was just about the best, nicest, most durable major brand that money could buy, and I include a great many designer labels in that calculation. They lost their way sometime in the early 00s, and have yet to recapture that magic. ... show more

This is more quality than I have ever held in a purse before! Even the golden C that acts as the clasp is super heavy and rich. I almost don’t want to use this purse!! I really should carry insurance on this gem! It’s not a purse that one would leave lying around. It’s really nice to have the option of having a short strap or a long strap. The short one is like 10 inches and the long ones 20 to 21 inches. Beautiful, just amazingly beautiful!! I am still in awe.
