Ok, at first look thought it was too small. But I just love the freedom of carrying a smaller purse. One I can use during every season and look unburdened. I have large bags as well. This coach 20 can hold a lot, as you can see from the photos. I didn't even realize I had 2 inhalers in there upon unpacking it to take pics! So the rear pocket can hold a cell phone or small zippy. The purse has extra pocket in front under the flap as well. This is great for receipts, credit cards and I also popped.my large car key in there, as you can see in photos. I had ALL these items in the bag before using any of the extra pockets to show how much this can hold. I love love this bag and so much fun to carry!! ... show more

Adorable. Love the color, it’s vibrant, it’s as pictured…. and the size is good for a night out, but it’s also spacious for a regular day. I love the versatility of wearing as crossbody or on your shoulder. I personally prefer the 20” over the 26”, so the sizing is great for me. Quality is great. I was a bit worried when it arrived, and I did not feel a box but it was well packaged. It did come with the dust bag inside. Very beautiful bag in person. The leather feels amazing, as expected from Coach. I'm knocking down one star, because I did receive a returned bag. It arrived in a dust bag with no factory packaging, but showed no sign of wear after thoroughly expecting it. So keep that in mind.
