This bag is SO cute with a lovely flower pattern. The leather is soft and the bag well-made. If you carry a minimum amount of stuff and love small handbags, this is the bag for you. It too small to meet my everyday needs though. I really wish it came in the 26 size.

The leather on this product was not quality neither was the stitching. But I think what made it worse was Amazon was telling me I had to wait 25 days for the amount to be refunded to my credit card. After this experience I would be very hesitant to purchase Coach items through Amazon.

Pros: Okay, the pattern of this bag is lovely. It is black, white, with specs of yellow, which makes it a fun, yet neutral bag that can be very versatile. The leather and the hardware is such great quality. Cons: Unfortunately, this bag has many cons. - Tiny - this is my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions, but the bag is tiny. The bag is 8" x 4" tall x 2.5" deep. - Short Strap - I am 5'8" tall and when I wear this bag cross body, it sits significantly above my hips, close to my mid-section. It's awkward. I prefer cross bodies to fit a bit longer. So I have to wear it as a shoulder bag. - "Short" - about 4" of internal height, so it just barely covers my phone. - Doesn't fit much - I have many tiny bags so I am accustomed to making things fit in them. However, this bag is padded and bulky, which affects how much I can squeeze in there. I have smaller bags that fit more than this bag does. I can squeeze in my phone, a slim compact, a lipstick, and slim keys (no bulky keychains) and a cardholder. Another thing - usually small bags have a build-in cardholder so that you don't need to pack a wallet. This one doesn't!! It doesn't have any zippered compartments either. This is particularly frustrating because even the slimmest card holder I own takes up a good chunk of space in this bag. As much as I love the pattern of the bag and the wonderful leather and hardwear, I would not repurchase. ... show more
