This is such a cute bag! If you love the empire style but feel like the 40 or 48 size is too big this is the perfect bag for you. the leather is just as squishy and soft like the larger style to get that slight slouch but at the same time still holds its structure! The quality on this bag is amazing for the price point and the bag is quite spacious. I can fit all my daily essentials in here plus a water bottle and my AirPods Max. The size is perfect for everyday usage! I am a mom and this is such a practical bag. I love that it is versatile, can wear it cross body, shoulder strap and just holding the top handles in your arms. The leather smells amazing and is so smooth but yet durable. I highly recommend. I also absolutely love the middle compartment as it holds so much!! The zipper is like butter. I also love the fact that you can extend the bag to make it a little bit bigger! The dark stone color is beautiful too.

I think this is the perfect bag. It is a great size. Not too big. Holds a lot without looking bulky or frumpy. It has a simple elegance to it. It looks and feel luxury without the price tag. The leather is soft and malleable. the top handles are a great drop and the handles are thin and a great feel to it for smaller hands. Might feel a bit thin for bigger or stronger grip ladies. If you are into quiet luxury and simple elegance, this is a great bag. There is a small gold foil branding. There is a long strap for shoulder or crossbody. I do not think this bag is a good look for that. It is good for top handle carry. The hands are long enough to comfortably to arm carry. I bought it the honey brown and black.

This bag is so adorable. They come in several sizes. I really like the 28 the best so far. The leather is supple and beautiful. Its “Genuine Full Grain Leather” which is the very best from “Coach.” The design is so cute, and the detachable, adjustable strap is such nice quality. You can wear the bag with just the handles, crossbody or over the shoulder if you choose to wear the strap. The color is the “It” color right now for Coach, it goes with everything, so I love that about it. Its also great to add bag charms and bandeau scarves to. It also looks super cute when doing a twillie on the handle.

Right out of the packaging, this bag was underwhelming. It felt unusually light—more like an unlined tote than a proper purse—which immediately set off alarms. At this price point, I expected a substantial, well-structured bag, not something that feels flimsy in hand. To make matters worse, it lacked that signature rich leather scent, making me question the material quality altogether. The real deal-breaker? The dimensions were completely off. The base barely measures 11 inches, while the widest point is about 14 inches, making it far smaller than advertised. This drastically reduces its functionality, and the items I intended to carry simply won’t fit. For a brand like Coach, this was a letdown. It feels like a product that leans heavily on marketing rather than quality. Definitely not worth it.

I have the original 28 in Maple, but I really like the color and feel of this bag more! The leather is more supple than the others made from the glove tanned leather, so it gives it that soft feel immediately. In my opinion, this bag appears larger online but it's like the ideal medium sized satchel. I like that the soft models have a zipper instead of the opening with two sides but if you desire more structure and compartmentalized space, then I recommend the original empire.

This is such a cute bag! The size is perfect and fits all my key essential items. Please note that there are two versions of this bag, one with the middle divider and one without. This bag is the one without the middle divider (which is what I wanted). The leather is so soft and supple. This is definetly a staple item! This bag is NOT available on the Coach website, so I would recommend snatching it up while supplies last!

This is hands down my favorite bag in my entire collection. The Coach Empire 20 is absolutely stunning—the quality is unmatched, the design is beautiful, and it feels so well made. It comes with a crossbody strap, which is a nice bonus, but I personally love using the top handle for a more polished look.
